Sales Conditions.

Prices: The prices reflected do not include VAT or other indirect taxes. Master Touch Publicidad, S.L. reserves the right to modify the prices stipulated.
Delivery Conditions: Goods cannot be returned after 15 days from the shopping date. The goods will be shipped by means of our transport company (standard service 24/48h) or by a transport company that the client indicates. For orders of less than 1000 Euros (net) shipment will be paid by the client. Within the Spanish mainland, for orders over 1.000,01 (net), the shipment will be free of charge. In the Balearics Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, orders superior to 1.500,01 Euros will be shipped free of charge. For shipment outside of Spanish territories please consult. These conditions are applicable for orders with a single delivery address, in the case of several addressed please consult.
Delivery Times: The delivery times, for standard articles without personalizing, will be 5-7 working days, depending on levels of stock; for standard personalized orders, the delivery time will be 15-20 working days, after final art work has been provided and depending on levels of stock; for specials please consult.
Printing: For the original sent by email or CD, the type of recommended file drawing vectoricing / tracing types, with the preferred formats being, PDF, EPS, AI and CDR. The type of typography must be defined, or where applicable the final artwork must be provided. To avoiding eror in printing, photocopies, faxes or marked examples will not be considered as final artwork. The films, digitalizations or equipment produced by Master Touch Publicidad, S.L., will remain in our warehouse. Only the films, digitalizations or equipment sent by the client will be returned if requested.
The quantities delivered may vary to the limit of 5% more or less than the quantities requested.
Payment: Payment must be made on receipt of the goods by means of a bank transfer or bank cheque. If paid in cash, a discount of 2% will apply, unless Master Touch Publicidad, S.L. and the clien agree other conditions in writing. Any samples ordered by the client, will have a 30 days period of approval. If the sample is not returned after a maximum of 30 days from receipt the client will be invoiced with a surcharge of 100% of price of this article.
